How we made the Tiramisù
for Pommy’s.

Pommy’s came to us with an idea. We bake New York cookies, they make New York pizza, and we both wanted to create something incredible and different together: a Tiramisù cookie.

Over the last few months we worked side by side to understand exactly what Pommy’s needed from the cookie.

Tasted to their taste.

Every batch went back to the Pommy’s team. We tweaked the coffee, the cream and the bake until it was theirs.

Signed off.

Once Pommy’s approved the recipe, we locked the spec, the allergens and the bake for consistent production.
