Ordering
How do I order?
Head to Build Your Box, pick any four cookies and add them to your bag. You can also add single cookies, Thins and Minis from their own pages.
Can I pick the same flavour more than once?
Yes. Your box of 4 can be any mix you like, including four of the same cookie. Dubai and Tiramisù add a little extra per cookie.
Can I order more than one box?
Of course. Add as many boxes as you like, each with its own selection.
Do you do gift boxes and messages?
Every box makes a great gift. Turn on Add a gift message in your bag and we’ll print your note on a card (+£1.50).
Do you take event or corporate orders?
Yes. We help with events, corporate gifting and larger orders. Email hello@enchantedcookies.co.uk with what you need.
Delivery & collection
Where do you deliver?
Local delivery across Brighton & Hove and the nearby areas shown at checkout.
Can I collect?
Yes, collection is available from our Hove kitchen. Choose collection at checkout.
Do you offer same-day delivery or collection?
Yes, where available. Order before 12pm for same-day. Orders after 12pm are prepared for the next available day.
Can I schedule my order for another day?
Yes. Use Make it a date in your bag to pick delivery or collection on a day up to four weeks ahead.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
What if I’m not home?
Add delivery instructions at checkout. If you’re out, we may leave your order in a safe place where suitable.
The cookies
Where are they made?
In our kitchen in Hove, Brighton & Hove. Every cookie is handmade in small batches.
How long do they stay fresh?
Best within 3 days. Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature.
How do I warm them up?
For maximum gooeyness, 10–15 seconds in the microwave.
Are your cookies Halal?
Yes. Our cookies are Halal certified.
Do you have vegan or gluten-free cookies?
We have the Vegan OG, made without dairy or eggs (in a kitchen that handles both). We don’t have a gluten-free cookie yet.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Yes. Our cookies contain or may contain gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soya and sesame. Check the allergen guide and contact us before ordering if you have an allergy.
Business
Can I return or refund an order?
As freshly baked food we can’t accept returns, but if something’s not right, get in touch and we’ll make it right.
Do you work with creators?
We love working with food creators and local influencers. Email us or DM @enchanted__cookies.
Do you supply cafés?
Yes. Visit our wholesale portal or email hello@enchantedcookies.co.uk.
Can you create a cookie for my brand?
That’s Enchanted Labs. We developed the Tiramisù with Pommy’s Pizza and can build a signature cookie for you too.
